Who We Are
Home Choice Flooring is a full service flooring provider
with teams who specialize in providing solutions in both
residential and commercial applications. Established by
Ed Davis in 1954, Spencer Collins, Buddy Sexton, and
Jack Simmons purchased the business in 2004. Building on
Ed’s fine reputation and commitment to exceptional
service in the residential market, Home Choice also
expanded into the commercial market and was awarded the
flooring contract for the University of Tennessee, the
Tennessee State Board of Regents and Knox County School
System.
Today, Home Choice is serving the floorcovering needs of
the builder, corporate, educational, hospitality,
healthcare, and governmental markets. Home Choice is
committed to combining the best people with the best
technologies to serve the needs of our clients. What
makes Home Choice special is its people. The Home Choice
team cares about its clients and is committed to meeting
their needs.

Windows & Doors:
Sexton Windows, Doors and More began in 2003 as Knoxville’s
Marvin window retailer. Marvin Windows is the 3rd largest window
manufacturer in the United States and has always had the
reputation for being the finest window made. As the
“Mercedes-Benz” of the window-world, it is a predictable choice
for discriminating architects, quality-minded developers, and
astute homeowners desiring unparalleled performance and
unrivaled “fit and finish.”
Semco and Windsor windows, both premium wood-aluminum clad
windows, are also a part of our offerings, each one bringing a
host of distinctive attributes and meeting a variety of
price-points. Our expertise does not just lie with premium wood
windows, vinyl windows are also a big part of our business. We
supply Comfort View and Phillips vinyl windows to many of
Knoxville’s largest builders.
You need as many doors choices as you do window selections, so
we have a variety of door options. Exquisite Monterrey iron
doors, Biltmore Estate front doors to fiberglass and steel entry
doors, we have it all.
Bryan Davis, who has been in the window and door business for 20
years joined Home Choice in 2005 and continues to use his
knowledge in this industry to lead the window and door division
of Home Choice in assisting homeowners and building
professionals in making the right choices for their home or
office.
